LoopStead

What we do

Map, build, tend.

Three kinds of work, usually in that order. You can start with any of them.

Map

Find the work worth automating, and the parts that should stay human.

We sit with the people who do the work, follow each task from the moment it arrives to the moment it is done, and write down which steps repeat, which need judgement, and which should never leave a person’s hands. You get a short written map before anything is built.

  • Each task followed end to end
  • Repeating steps and judgement calls told apart
  • A written map before any build

Build

Workflows and agents wired into the tools you already use.

We connect your inbox, CRM, documents and ticketing system, and build the agent steps that read, sort, draft and look things up. Every loop stops at a review queue where a person approves, edits or rejects before anything is sent, booked or closed.

  • Email, CRM, documents and ticketing connected
  • Agents that read, sort, draft and look things up
  • A review queue before anything is sent

Tend

Loops that are looked after once they are live.

We watch what each loop does, keep a set of test cases it must pass after every change, and adjust prompts, rules and hand-offs as your work changes. When a loop gets something wrong, the person who catches it has a way to say so, and the fix is tested before it ships.

  • Monitoring and alerts on every loop
  • Test cases run after every change
  • Corrections from reviewers fed back in
