Visiting this site
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and keeps security logs to block attacks. Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the page, the referring site, and the browser, operating system, device type and country, without cookies and without building a profile of you. We use those counts to see which pages are read. The basis is our legitimate interests in running a secure site and understanding which pages are useful.
Writing to us
The contact form is handled by Formigo. It stores the name, email, company and message you send, and also your IP address and browser user agent, which are used to filter spam. Emails you send to hello@loopstead.com reach us through Cloudflare Email Routing. We use what you send to reply to you and, where you ask, to take steps towards working together; spam filtering relies on our legitimate interests in a usable inbox. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Cloudflare and the providers behind Formigo and our email may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own, under their published data processing terms.
How long
Enquiries are deleted 12 months after our last exchange, or sooner if you ask.
Images on this site
The loop illustrations and background images on this site are made with AI image models from OpenAI, then cropped and compressed by us. They show no real people, places or events.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@loopstead.com. You can also complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live.
